At Buddic.com, we sell Brand New, Imported/Container, and Second-Hand products. Return eligibility differs by product type. Please read this policy carefully.

Our Product Categories

Buddic.com sells the following types of products:

•        Brand New Products — Factory-sealed, original products with full manufacturer packaging

•        Imported / Container Products — Genuine products imported in bulk via international shipping containers. These are original products sourced from international markets

•        Second-Hand / Used Products — Pre-owned products that have been tested and verified to be in working condition. Second-hand products are clearly labeled as such on the product page

All product listings clearly state whether a product is Brand New, Imported, or Second-Hand. Please read the product description carefully before placing your order.

3. Return Eligibility — Brand New & Imported Products

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

•        Product is defective or not working upon arrival

•        Product is damaged during shipping

•        Wrong product was delivered

•        Product is significantly different from website description

4. Return Eligibility — Second-Hand Products

•        Second-hand products are sold as-is

•        Returns accepted ONLY if the product does not work at all upon delivery (Dead on Arrival)

•        Minor cosmetic issues (scratches, marks) are expected and are NOT grounds for return

•        Return must be requested within 48 hours of delivery for second-hand items

5. Non-Returnable in All Cases

•        Change of mind after purchase

•        Product used or opened by customer (unless defective)

•        Original packaging missing or damaged by customer

•        Damage caused by misuse, physical impact, or water exposure

•        Return request made after stated time limits

•        We will confirm approval of your return

•        Ship product back in original packaging to our address

•        Refund or replacement processed after inspection

7. Refund Policy

•        Approved refunds processed within 5-10 working days

•        Refunds via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash

•        Original shipping charges are non-refundable

•        If return is due to our error, we cover return shipping costs
